Indian bread known as "butter naan" is round and flat, resembling pita or flatbread. It is produced with a dough that is normally made using wheat, yeast, sugar, salt, yoghurt, and milk. The dough is soft and flexible. After that, the dough is formed into a circle and baked in a tandoor oven, where it is adhered to the walls and allowed to cook until puffy and somewhat burnt.
The naan is smeared with ghee or butter after it has been fried, giving it a delectably rich and buttery flavour.
